| Mission |
| The Dare to Dream Foundation, Inc was established in memory of Teresa Dare DuBois. Teresa died of ovarian cancer at the age of 28, being survived by her husband and son. The purpose of this foundation seeks to provide children diagnosed with cancer and/or children affected by cancer, along with their immediate family members, with a vacation package to Disney World and/or other appropriate theme parks. To qualify for an all expenses paid vacation the child or parent must be diagnosed with cancer. The child must be under the age of 18 and a resident of southern New Jersey for more than twelve months prior to the date of application. Southern New Jersey is defined as the counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean, and Salem. The Child or parent must not have been previously awarded a gift by a wish-granting organization. |
